RC FRAME STRUCTURES
We have a dedicated in-house team with the necessary skills and qualifications specialising in the construction of conventional reinforced concrete structures. In addition our capabilities are supplemented by a significant inventory of formwork and falsework providing us with a competitive edge in this space. In recent projects we have been able to further define our competitive edge by combining pre-cast concrete elements together with traditional RC construction methods to provide faster and leaner solutions. STEEL STRUCTURE FABRICATION AND ERECTION
Steel structure construction has been at the core of our business for more than 30 years and we pride ourselves as one of the few contractors with the in-house capability to fabricate and erect large industrial steel structures. Our qualified staff have the capabilities to engineer and fabricate steel structures from scratch at competitive prices to suite our Clients needs. In addition we have an experienced erection team supplemented by our own crane and lifting equipment
BULK EARTHWORKS AND RETAINING STRUCTURES
Our significant experience in carrying out bulk earthworks and construction of engineered earth platforms is also supplemented by a strong fleet of in-house plant and equipment providing us with a competitive edge in this space. In addition we have demonstrated our expertise in the construction of large complex retaining walls which is further reinforced by our piling capabilities. Our team also has significant experience in the construction of stormwater and drainage systems.
PILING
With an increased need for piling foundations on projects where ground conditions do not favour other conventional methods, we have developed a competitive edge by engaging our own dedicated piling team to support our requirements in this space. With in-house piling rigs, equipment and operators we have the capabilities to engineer and construct augered as well as CFA piles up to 500dia.
Precast Concrete Technology

In addition to conventional construction techniques, we have developed innovative pre-cast concrete solutions which directly benefit our clients’ projects from a quality, cost and timeliness perspective.
By incorporating our precast concrete technology into our projects, we offer our clients a quicker realization to their return on investment whilst achieving unsurpassed ‘factory-controlled’ quality and structural finishes, simply not achievable using conventional construction techniques.
