Ocean Echo Properties is a multi-disciplinary construction and property development company, specializing in the development of large scale commercial and industrial steel and concrete structures.

We are able to deliver projects stress free to our clients and have in-house capabilities and experience to manage the entire development process from procurement, design, engineering through to construction and maintenance. Projects are managed with a ‘hands-on’ approach which means management are always attentive and available to tend to client’s needs.
WHAT WE DO
With a construction team consisting of in-house construction managers, quantity surveyors, boiler makers and construction workers, we are able to provide whole-of-structure solutions for our clients as a one-stop-shop. This includes bulk earthworks, concrete structures, steel fabrication and erection, general building works ‘wet works’, finishing and fit-out works, design and engineering management, and project management.
